Willie J. Perry Outreach, Inc. began on June 30, 2015, as the Willie J. Perry Foundation, established to honor the humanitarian legacy of Willie J. Perry and continue his spirit of service to the community.
On March 17, 2025, the name Willie J. Perry Outreach was reserved with the Alabama Secretary of State as the organization began its transition from Foundation to Outreach. Following submissions to the IRS, the organization received official confirmation on April 23, 2026, recognizing its name as Willie J. Perry Outreach, Inc.
This was a name change—not a new organization. Our mission, history, and commitment to serving the community continue.
